The first phase will introduce the participants to the basics of nutrition and fitness. This will begin with the initial review of health. After an initial health check-up, there shall be an orientation program on various components of nutrition. With the guidance of a physiologist, training sessions shall be conducted for 30 days to tone and prepare the body for next level
ADVANCE
Endurance Fitness
- Nutrition alignment
- Strength and Stamina
- Agility and Balancing
The second phase shall bring together a combination of nutritional product supplementation and metabolic activities that shall be monitored and controlled over a 3 month period. This will include an base line review and also a final review to observe the progress in working abilities and stamina.
FINISH
Performance Fitness
- Nutrition management
- Health monitoring
- Fitness events
The objective is to develop professionals with physical and mental toughness required to breakthrough barriers. The focus would be on performance nutrition. This phase shall be combined with diverse events that shall promote fitness such as runs, treks, games etc. that shall boost both physical and mental health.
Note:
Participants are expected to be generally healthy before participation. Doctor consultation can be made available in case of any shortcomings.
A progress review shall be conducted at the end of each phase. Only those who progress well shall be allowed to participate in next phases 2 and 3.
