Delivery model consists of

  2. Technical validation to confirm the feasibility of product and process technology at operational scale.
  3. Detailed master plan for project execution and continuous support for operation and maintenance.
  4. Transfer of operations to future leadership.

The BOT can be operated as a 5-year model under the ownership transfer or up-to 10-year model under self-sustainable operations.
