Workshop
This is a comprehensive training program conducted by subject experts for a large audience in the form of workshop and tutorials, usually for 1-2 days. This is generally for candidates who wish to get an overall perspective in terms of opportunities in employment, business or investments.
The topics are usually selected based on the emerging requirements and future and employment outlook in industries.
Orientation
This involves accompany the group of candidates to varies industries on exposure visits. This is suitable for people who wish to understand certain industry sectors or operations to get an idea whether they wish to be part of considering a futuristic perspective.
This program is meant for providing exposure visits to various industries. Generally arrange the period of five days followed by workshop / seminar.
Internship
This part of program involves intensive training, and development includes production operations, maintenance, quality control etc., Candidates will be required to work on a project or posted in industries or organizations that will help them hone their skills and build career path apt for their interest and abilities.
Candidates are expected to spend minimum of 3 months to be able to obtain a training certificate or seek employment support.
Life Skills
This is aimed at youth and children less than 18 years to develop interest, awareness and apply biosciences in day-to-day life activities. The program covers various aspects of health care such as first aid, fitness, food and nutrition such as food production, safety, and also aspects of domestic and environmental safety such as safe use of electrical devices and appliances, fire safety, dust and pollution.
This program is usually flexible and held during free periods / holidays when children are available.
