Management Systems	A mobile-enabled computing platform is available to support the above functions for performance monitoring. Data can be entered into the system live and the progress of the investment monitored in real-time. Decisions making scenarios to further invest such as (a) Invest and Grow with a positive scenario, (b) Support and Sustain for a wait-and-watch scenario as well as (c) Divest and Withdraw early enough with minimal costs incurred. Stakeholder structures for Technology and expertise, Marketing, Investments, Sponsorships, and Local Operations are accommodated.
