Cancelation and refund Policy

For short time training workshops, the entire amount will be refunded  if the event is cancelled by us. Bio-Steps and authorized representatives shall reserve the right to postpone their event in case of any adverse situation such as natural calamities, strikes, law and order breakdown, lockdowns or other incidents which is not in our control in such cases the event may be postponed to a suitable date within 90 days of original scheduled date, if the event cannot be postponed the organization will return 50% of the registration fees.
